People do not get enough micro-nutrients in the “so called food” that we are consuming everyday. Do you ever stop and think about some of the ingredients that you read on food labels and where they come from. They are basically cheap chemicals made in a lab. It’ really kind of gross once you start thinking about it.
Stop thinking about calories and start thinking about ingredients. Stop eating processed foods with ingredients that you can’t even pronounce!

Tip – I like to blend the greens and water together first to make sure they are nice and smooth before adding the rest of the ingredients.I don’t use kale in this smoothie because I want the taste to be really smooth and not bitter, but you can use kale if you’d like.
- 2 cups mixed greens – spinach, swiss chard, beet greens, etc.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 5 drops Sweet Drops Vanilla Creme
- 2 T PBFit
- 1-2 cups water
- Place the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
