Raspberry Cream Smoothie

A delicious and refreshing blend of frozen raspberries, banana, dairy free yogurt and flax seed. It's a great breakfast smoothie or snack!

Equipment

  • high speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 6 oz. dairy-free yogurt
  • ½ drop Sweet Drops Vanilla Creme
  • 1 T ground flax seed

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Try using non-dairy yogurt such as almond yogurt, cashew yogurt or coconut yogurt. Regular yogurt can be used as well.
  2. Fresh raspberries can be used in place of frozen raspberries. Add ice if using fresh berries.
