Equipment

  • high speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries can substitute any kind of berry
  • 2 T peanut butter powder or natural peanut butter
  • 2 T ground flax
  • 1 cup dairy free milk

Instructions
 

  • Place the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately

Notes

  1. Substitutes for frozen banana include ice cubes or frozen cauliflower.
  2. Fresh berries can be used instead of frozen. Add ice to help with the consistency.
