Pumpkin Cream Cheese Dip with Sweet Tortilla Crisps

Ingredients

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Dip

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 oz. pumpkin puree (about half a can)
  • 1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Sweet Tortilla Crisps

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • package of flour tortillas
  • cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Dip

  1. Place all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Sweet Tortilla Crisps

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Slice tortillas into strips using a pizza cutter or knife and lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the top of the strips with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
  5. Let cool completely before serving.
