Hi everyone! Have you ever wondered how to cut parchment paper to fit in your round baking pans or spring-form pans? Well I’m going to show you how to line a round pan with parchment paper and get the perfect fit every time!
I love to bake, especially cheesecakes. Over the years I’ve come to rely on parchment paper whenever I bake because it makes life so much easier. When you use parchment paper it soooo easy to remove baked goods from the pan and also, it helps keep the bottom of your baked goods from being overcooked. I just don’t think I could live without it!
It’s so much easier than you think…No, you don’t trace and cut out a circle. Watch this quick video and I’ll show you how easy and precise it is to line a spring form pan or any round pan with parchment paper!
Note – One of my readers gave a great tip for cutting parchment paper. Anna says that this technique works better when you cut the paper slightly larger that the bottom of the pan. This helps to remove slices of your cake easier because it gives you something to hold onto when you slide the serving spatula under the cake slice. Thanks Anna!
